Le site Made in design, c’est un peu ma Bible. J’adore!  Mais ce que j’aime aussi, c’est Tom Dixon, l’un des designers britanniques les plus originaux de sa génération, c’est le rebelle de l’avant-garde du Design international.

L’arrivée de madeindesign au BHV MARAIS était presque une évidence ! 150 m2 qui séduiront, du Design addict au Bohème chic et arty, sans oublier ceux qui découvrent le design grâce à un choix d’objets à la portée de tous.

La couleur bronze est de plus en plus présente dans nos intérieurs, et ce un peu grâce à Tom Dixon, un artiste incroyable.

Tom Dixon, mais qui est-il?

Tom Dixon est guitariste de rock, travaille comme animateur en discothèque la nuit, tout en apprenant la soudure le jour avec un ami garagiste. Il commence sa carrière en concevant des meubles réalisés en métal recyclé.  Vingt ans plus tard, ce self-made man est reconnu dans le monde entier ! Les maîtres-mots de son design : robustesse, longévité et fonctionnalité.
